Deposits are REQUIRED to book an appointment. NO DEPOSIT- NO APPOINTMENT. Deposit can be transferred ONCE to another date if the change is made 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. Deposits are non refundable.
Our goal is to provide the best braid installation EVER! We will NOT rush on your installation- please be mindful that longer- thicker hair takes longer, therefore some services will take longer than estimated. We take pride in our work. At any point of your service, feel free to voice any concerns or requests- we will do our VERY BEST to accommodate you.
Hair must be clean (washed) and without oils, leave in conditioner is fine. Hair must also be blown out- this will help with the installation time. Client must have 4 inches of hair throughout head to ensure a proper install.
The balance of your service is due in full upon the completion of your service. Cash and Debit/ Credit Cards are accepted- however, there is a convenience fee for cards. NO EXCEPTIONS! Cash App is NOT accepted.
Clients are allowed 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, there will be a $10 late fee. After 30 minutes- the appointment will be CANCELED.
Note: Deposits are non-refundable.
No guests are allowed. This is strictly enforced. If the client is a minor- one parent can stay with the child.
The colors 1, 1B, 2, and 4 are always available, if you would like any other color- please make the request at least a week prior to ensure it arrives before the appointment date. I can not do last minute changes, hair is prepped before your appointment.
